BEADG for me. I like to play above the fifth fret. On a 5 string with BEADG tuning, the fifth fret is another nut which becomes then EADGC. I pretty much play as if I don't have frets 1 through 4 and the wires are tuned to EADGC.

That is where I usually am at with my B. I use it for economy, that and to make my lower notes (down to E) REALLY big sounding.
