anti blisters?

i cut down on my playing for a while but now i've kicked it back up! is there any methods that people use to prevent getting blisters?

No. Blisters are your bass's way of telling you that you've neglected your instrument. Sort of the musical equivalent of your spouse making you sleep on the couch

Pop blister -> superglue under the skin -> you're ready

That's what I did whenever I used to get a blister, this way the dead skin protected the new skin that was growing underneath.

Yes, I've heard many acclaim the use of superglue, but I've never done it.
