any1 else use this technique for muted slaping.

Not the ghost notes, but acutally like muting the notes, jsut like palm muting but for slap. I strap the bass high and use my arm (the part with the bicpes) to lightly mute the stings while slapping around the area of the fretboard. It gives a nice dull short tone. Any1 else use this?

I beleve he strapps his bass up so high.. that its more of "in your armpit" insted of on your chest..

As stated.. sounds good.. looks sort of "Mark king" ishly weard.. Not ideal position for swiching to fingerstyle.. but.. hey.. knock yourselfs out!

i use the palm of my right hand to create sixteen-ghosts, makes slapping more interesting.
i call it slap n' clap, anyone else who uses this??
