I tried searching but was a little overwhelmed bu the results.

I am looking to expand my self taught skills with some more tablature and instruction on various scales, modes and arpeggios. I have been playing for 15 years with a GOOD 7 year break so I need to get back in the seat.

Somthing with a nice chart and tablature and some excersizes to follow?

If there is a post or a few someone could direct me to I would appreciate it thank you very much!
Thanks alot!
