bass walk or moon walk??

it really intrigues me how jazz musicians do that walk. Can anyone give me tips or give me a link where i can get materials for this.

I've played different kinds of music but im still a newbie in jazz. I'm into incognito, brand new heavies, acid jazz stuff.
