Well not exactly....Was playing Chic's Everybody Dance the other day and thought it was too much like hard work fingerstyling the octave. Then discovered that Bernie used his two fingers pressed together like he was holding a pick.. Used to make his fingers bleed apparently. Pointless bit of info there!!

Interesting. I was just learning that song. My disco band is going to add that tune to our set. That little funky bit at the begining and later at the break is tough at first. I've been using three fingers (thumb, middle, index) to play that riff. Maybe I'll try a pick.
