Don't know if this is the right location for this thread but if it's not i am sorry.

Right now i am using The Big Stubby 3.0mm pick purple color(non-Nylon), last night i just discovered that Dunlop made another Big Stubby but Nylon so i ordered a set of these to try them out because i read reviews saying that players who already played The Big Stubby would love the Nylon version.

Now i wanted to ask has anyone here tried the 3.0mm Nylon version on bass? Does a Nylon pick give a fatter, warmer sound? because that's what i am looking for, though the current one i am using "The Big Stubby" does give me that sound i mentioned.I just wanted to see if these would give me more of that sound.

Have not tried nylon Big Stubby but I have used the Big Stubby and I've used plenty of nylon picks. It's not a difference you can hear in a mix, but it does feel a little different and probably comes across as a little warmer to the player. I would give them a shot if I were you.

Different feel, no difference in tone that will be heard in the mix at all. Now lighter to heavier pick yes , an audible difference in attack. I use dunlop tortex Orange picks on bass , green on guitar. I like the lighter pick on bass because it allows me to play harder with less buzz and no scraping attack.
