Chords playing

How i need to play chords?
I have book with chord possitions but i dont know how to pick with my fingers..

any tips?

Thumb, index, and middle for three-note chords, thumb, index, middle, and ring for four-note chords. Pluck simultaneously. You can try strumming if you wish but on bass this will almost never give you a clean-sounding chord. This is great for some things, but when you need clean, articulated chords, multi-finger plucking is usually the best bet.
