Ive gotten in the bad habbit of not using my pinky, so well, I dont. |

What I'm working on right now is when I take a finger off a fret, only holding the finger a little bit over the string, rather than letting it stick up in the air or whatever.
So yeah, work in using all four fretting fingers... but then again, look at Rocco... |

all i can say on top of this, it to work at it, you'll be increasingly frustrated if you don't learn to use that pinky!
