Critique My Playing

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to throw this or not.

My (cover) band finally got some videos of us playing, so I'd like to hear some feedback on my playing.

Here is a playlist from our set at a recent show - http://www.youtube.com/user/Recorded...FF0232FF6D1E84
The editing in a couple is a bit distracting, but power through.

Also, there is a bass solo during Feeling Alright, so that would be nice to have some thoughts on. I very rarely solo so any advice would be cool.

Thanks in advance

EDIT:
The ones to check out would be Ophelia/Feeling Alright and Woodstock (minus my singing) - the rest are fairly straight forward.

You need to lick your bass like Gene Simmons and gun down the audience with it like Steve Harris.

Seriously, good grooving.

Cool stuff, man. I noticed you were from Winnipeg also, as soon as I saw that you guys were playing at Silverados.

I believe we also talked on Kijiji about that T-20 in a trade.

Nice playing!
