I am interested in getting a video to learn some new things like tapping and slapping and plucking. I would say that my level of playing ability is about 6 out of 10. Mainly playing rock, christian contemporary, and some funk. give me some ideas fellas.

IMO, Stu Hamm's video lessons (Hot Licks and Deeper Inside The Bass) will be of immense use to you. They cover tapping as well as slap/pop techniques very well.

A really good one that covers just the "feel" of what you're doing is Victor Wooten's Groove Workshop.

Gonna subscribe to this thread because I am looking for more for my collection as well.

2 DVDs that are great but not overwhelming are Ed Friedland's Ultimate Slap Bass and Rocco Prestia Fingerstyle Funk

The Ed F gives you a great slap bass start and the Rocco Prestia vid focuses on right hand 2 finger dexterity!
