| Learn the 12 bar blues and a couple of variants of it, and you can play at least 90% of the blues there is out there.
Some tips though:
Stormy Monday (blues standard)
Mustang Sally (more soul than blues, but still a 12 bar blues chord progression)
C-jam Blues (Duke Ellington, jazz standard)
Tush - ZZ Top
Root 66 - blues classic
Crossroads - Eric Clapton
And one song that isn't a 12-bar blues (far from, actually), but have a very bluesy feel: Black Velvet by Alannah Myles.
EDIT: This would be better off in the General Instruction forum. A mod will probably move it (at least if you ask...)
