Eliminating Fret Buzz

Any suggestions on exercises or things to practice to help me avoid fret buzz when I play? I use my fingers and would like avoid raising my action.

Thanks

Practice playing with your fingertips slightly behind or directly on top of the frets. This will eliminate any fret buzz that isn't the result of uneven frets.
