Exercises for Numb Fingers?

Does anyone know of any exercises to help with fingers going numb? Sometimes when I play, after 10 minutes or so my fingers start to go numb. It's not painful & I can still play, but I am worried that I am doing long term damage to my wrist, hand & fingers.

There's probably something wrong with your position. Which fingers? Plucking or fretting?

After 30 or so years of playing the same thing started happening to me a couple of years ago.

It's positional. I had to lower by strap about an inch lower than I like it to get rid of it.
