Question Expanding

I'm new to the site. This is my first post.

I was just wondering if there's anyone here with some tablurature for some interesting scales. It seems like I've been playing little more than pentatonic, menatonic, and minor scales since I started playing bass 13 or 14 years ago. I'm looking to expand my horizons and incorporate some new sound schemes into my playing and writing. Anyone wanna help a dude out?

Also, I've been considering trading my SVT4PRO for an original '71 Davies SVT. Sound like a smart move for a guy who plays hard and fast with liberal implimentation of overdrive and flange?

What style of music are you looking to play? different scales fit different genres of music better, so depending on your tastes there are a near-uncountable combination of scales.

What's Menatonic? Google says you made up the word.

i really dig into all different styles, save maybe country. And when writing, I really try to destroy the "genre trap", but there are implements of our music which can be considered thrash, metal, hardcore, progressive, and that's mostly all of which we've written thus far, but we're really trying to pull in ALL influences and see what we can create by just playing music.
