I'm currently reading a book that has small but good exercises in it. I don't know of any book on the topic as such.

This book has a few pages on exercises that are proving to be really good. Bass secrets by Alex Sampson. So far there is constant really good tips I'm getting from this book.

The exercises were a real bonus. Also technique tips to slow down on thumb cramp on the neck etc. Posture holding the bass etc.

You can buy the book online download.

Cheers,
