Good lesson ! I'm sure it will be of great benefit to the lots of people who regularly post here with L/H technique problems. It lasts a decent length of time too, unlike some of the 30 second "lessons" you often see on You Tube.

I find the site in general to be very good, and have it earmarked in my "favourites".
