Aeroplane - Red Hot Chili Peppers (nice n funky)

"Higher Ground" and "Nobody wierd like me" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers are also usefull to learn, they are less funky but they are quite fast and should improve your slapping.

Enjoy

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Fight Like a Brave (the part from 1:45 - 2:31 is slapped)

It's trick at first, but real fun once you learn it. I'd say it's pretty funky.

Its not actually that difficult, just start it off slow..

Try the bridge of 'Get on top' or 'I like dirt' by The red hot chili peppers.

Bela Fleck and The Flecktones' "Sinister Minister". Vic Wooten plays this one. It starts off pretty simple, then gets harder. But you don't have to play it exactly like Wooten. It's a fun chord pattern and there's lots of room to mess around and have fun with it.

Primus - Tommy the Cat

That should keep you busy for a while.

Hi I'm a newbie to here - on the recommendation of Tony Oppenheim.
I learned slap bass with his "Slap It!" and was searching now for new stuff especially slap technics like Marcus Miller is playing.

Does anyone of you know something about additional material with slap notes regarding Marcus technics?

Thanks in advice.
