| A good entry level, but challenging DVD?

I sold my younger brother one of my old basses and thus far, he's kinda doing what most guitarists do and try to slap all the time and throw out notes as fast as possible. Anything that you guys would recommend that will lay a solid foundation, but still builds up to something challenging? |
