Anyone know of anything that shows proper hand, arm and elbow placement as well as exercises for building speed? I get a great deal of tension when playing faster, jaco like lines.. I am probably playing too hard, but I would like to see some examples of how to work this stuff up to speed while playing relaxed and with good posture.
Nevermind just found that Todd Johnson recommendation..
