Which hand is lagging behind?

There always seems to be one hand (the picking/fingering or fretting) that lags behind when practicing. Sometimes it alternates due to the type of things you play or your methods, or simply that the type of music you play requires more work from one hand as opposed to the other. Other times, it's just that muscle memory develops faster in one hand.

All in all, which hand would you say is your overall weakest, playing-wise, right now?

Plucking hand (right). As I'm a lefty my right hand is by definition my weaker hand. It's always been weaker and less dexterous than my left, and will always be.

I was a violinist for 20 years or so, so my fretting hand is pretty good.

I'm still working on my right hand touch and articulation probably always will be. That's where all the feel comes from, and as I get more musically mature I'm able to hear that more and more.

I'm lagging behind on my ears and the fretting hand a little bit.
