Maybe get some flat head nails, pound them into a board spaced so you can tap on the heads.

Nothing I can think of that will do anything but draw unwanted attention to yourself (see above). Just relax and allow your (forced) time away as seeds of motivation and expression when you can get back to it. Hopefully the fleeting exile will have some lasting reward at the end.

Never thought the varygrip or any "exercizers" really did anything for someone, as there is no substitute (even remote substitute) for playing and time with the instrument.

If you're only separated from your bass for one month, I wouldn't worry about it. Seriously.

Press your thumbnail into your finger tips. That'll get the calluses nice and tough.

When I was in the army I had to give up playing for some stretches up to a month. You'll be suprised at what you didn't forget. Sometimes you have to take what life gives and move on. It'll be ok!

You could do the kung fu thing and regularly do reps jamming your fingertips into to pot of hot sand.
