I would really like to know If you guys could explain clearly to me how to do an "harmonica" in the bass and also what is "staccatto" and what is the technique...

the right term is STACCATO ... is italian !

To play staccato is to play the notes short and detached as my band teacher puts it.

Basically dont hold the notes. If you came acros this in a written piece of recorded music, just go listen to the recording and see how it sounds.

THE SWALLOW,

The other term is a HARMONIC, you put your finger lightly on the string, not fretting it, and pluck the string close to the bridge with your right hand. The note might sound a little weak, and it won't work all over the fret board, but with practice, you will be able to do them well.

The loudest harmonic is on the 12th fret, and the 5th and 7th fret harmonics are pretty easy too.
