Help me get my chops back!

So for the last month or so i had like no time to practice so know that my free time is more abundant i want to get alot better and get ready to gig again.What are some good exercises or any other things so i can get my fret hand back in shape.Thanks in advance

First you have to practice every day period. If you want to play you can find 5 or 10 minutes to practice. Even 5 minutes you can may progress and keep a bass player mind.

What to do just practice. Find a nice little ten minute technique routine of scales, intervals, whatever to get your fingers moving and blood flowing in your hand. After that then focus on your practice routine or transcribing. Moving your hands and fingers in a musical way will get you to your target. Some spend hours running scales and tech exercises and yes their fingers are limber, but their playing ends up sounding like running scale. Playing challenging music will develop your technique in a usable way.

Even in my off months i got about 15 minutes of playing in but before i would always get 45-an hour so im gonna try and get that back.time to woodshed,play some scales,and finish learning Teen Town
