Help! my feeling sucks....

I cant play in time...

right now i'm learning chokehold by CoB(Children of bodom) and after the first part(included bass) i'll play 16th notes at the speed of 136bpm, which is pretty slow..

Anyway, i play to my metronome and i just cant play at the right speed?!
I cant pump a D in 136bpm but i can do this using strict alternation:
---------------------------------------------||
---------9-7-----------------12-10----------*||
-10-9-7-----10-9-7-13-12-10-------13-12-10--||
--------------------------------------------*||
---------------------------------------------||

it's pretty ridiculous because i can play way fast than 136, i'm playing scales at the speed of 150bpm-160bpm..

what to do?

I really need a time feel..

this also happens on the fast part of iron man...

Start slowly, working on accuracy, then slowly work your speed up to full tempo. Too many players want to play at full speed right away. That's not good technique. If you really want to play fast and accurate, play slowly first, then ease the metronome up until your fingers are a blur. This might take a few days. Be patient.

Go slow. Give your muscles time to feel comfortable with the pattern.

Secret to getting better:

Practice the stuff you CAN't do, not the stuff you CAN do...

Slow the tempo down as much as you need to until you can pump the D all night long.

Then speed it up gradually. The reason you can do scales so fast is you've been practicing scales so fast.

also, if you master playing it at the required tempo split it in half and make it on the 2s and 4s so you can become more accustomed to it.
