Help with a practice method

I am at a place where I feel like I am kind of stuck in my playing. I have a good knowledge of my scales and a little knowledge of theory. My main concern is developing my technique all around. I do not practice nearly enough, mainly because I do not have a good structured practice routine. I am a very routine oriented person, and would like to know what suggestions people offer as far as some essential practice exercises that I need to be doing. Any kind of list of a things that you do in your own routine would be helpful. Also any internet resources would be helpful. I am really just trying to get ideas for putting together a good practice routine. Thanks in advance.
