how the hell do you play that? And How do pop a note and pluck a note?

I don't know much about "tab" but I
think
that means you mute (muffle) the B string and pick/pluck at whatever rhythm the song is.
And don't hit any of the other strings.
So you'd basically be getting a muffled B tone.
