I didn't say I always wanted the same tone, of course not! But sometimes, it's better to use only one finger, IMO.

No, no now; I didn't say that you said...

..But anyway, I agree. I've been trying to conciously consider whether certain parts would be better to switch to one-finger (or two-at-once for a little rounder sound).

In the meantime, my three-fingered triplets are startin' to SMOKE!

Mine suck. My two-fingered triplets are OK, though, I think.
