Treat others with respect, not this type of attitude.

He asked a question, answer it, or don't.

3. Though teachers aren't for everyone, a teacher might be a good thing for you. Ask your parents, and possibly even get a job! A teacher that will be able to tolerate you won't be cheap.
+1. Nothing beats getting guidance from a good teacher. It makes learning theory and technique so much more accessible and easier. It also gives you good motivation to keep up on your practice.

You could try tapping. Using effects could also be considered a trick. Echo and delay can make noodling sound good to an audience. Using distortion+artificial harmonics is also a good way to get the crowd's attention because the think it's a guitar.

btw, what is "dragging"

Well it's the art of slowing a song down until it sounds like swimming in treacle - thereby making it so unpleasant for others to play or listen to, that they usually walk away ...

A pretty good trick I suppose if you want to make sure you get thrown out of any band....

chill out dude, they are only messin, have a look into tappin, harmonics an some sweeping

but try not to use them as 'tricks' if ya know what i mean, all thes
these techniques can be incorporated into songs (even if it is a 'flashy part' of of the song)

since ya are young (im only 19 meself, started bass at about 15) gimme pm if ya want a few tips on tappin coz im pretty good at that, and sweepin too!!

Sorry Mr. pro, He was just playing around and you take things far too seriously. This is a dedicated and helpful forum for people of all ages. But you creating such a vague and ambiguous post was just asking to get the shut down the way you composed it. Before you create a post like this, take the time to read up on other threads in the "Technique" part of the forums. I myself have asked for different types of techniques in the past and received very helpful feedback that has improved my performance.

Oh and for the record, if you truly are that "!@#$ing good", then maybe you should be more descriptive as to what you're seeking, or atleast give us a reference as to whom you idolize. That's assuming that you do indeed take music to heart as you portray you do.

By the way, if you're going to flame me child, just know I am only 4 years older then you are.

He's right, and Whafro had a point as well. Most of us prefer to use English in this forum. You may be 13, but that doesn't excuse you from spelling and grammar.

You might want to tell us how well you can slap (and drag?) at present if you need tips. We can't suggest a direction for you if we don't know where you are.

Guys, if you can't act like grownups (all of you), I'll shut down every thread in this section. Read the rules again - number one rule: respect.
