Think about putting an ad in The Mode or Craigs List to find some new folks to jam with. Worked for me. I'm no virtuoso, and I even mentioned that, but I got all sorts of inquiries. Ultimately led to a quasi regular jam night and we even are starting to play out a bit. Don't give up, don't give in. If you really love to play it will happen. Water seeks its own level. Put yourself out there and the right people will find you.

I only wish I played as well as I do now back when I was really in a band, back in the early seventies. I'm 61 now, and still improving.
