Drum your four fingers of your plucking hand on your desk. Did the order go Pinky-Ring-Middle-Index?

When I was investigating Four Finger plucking, I kept hearing guys saying something like "If I have to play really fast, I'll go pinky-to-index."

This rather flummoxed me, as it's natural for me to go Index-to-pinky. It was while I was watching a Billy Shennan video that it must be natural for most people to go pinky-to-index.

I guess I'm lucky, since index-to-pinky seems to be "proper technique."

So, back to the first question (and poll), how do your fingers drum?

Whatever feels natural to you.

I drum both ways. Though I think I drum pinky to index more often.

I drum pinky to index, but play the opposite way.
