(Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth. I know that many of you consider it wankery to the highest degree, but it is something that i really strived for at 16. Almost made it too. But at almost 21, I'm soooo gonna learn the whole thing. I have a lot of time on my hands. What are you guys RE-learning?

I learnt the intro and little bit after of Pulling Teeth about half a year after I started playing, but I couldnt get the rest. I think I might give it another shot now.

Cliff was the main reason I picked up the bass when I was 14yo, he was just such a baddass. I learned every single song on Kill 'em All. Pulling Teeth is the only song I can still remember most the way through. I need to go back and relearn it now that I have better technique, maybe throw in my own licks as a tribute to Cliff...

I'm re-learning "Portrait of Tracy". I originally learned it by ear about ten years ago and I had a bunch of the harmonics wrong. I finally found a good transcription on Lucas Pickford's site and I'm trying to learn it the right way now. Its hard after playing it wrong for so many years.

Wankery? Yes.

But oh so fun!
