Why do all you guys on this board make "Classical Thump" sound like such a simple beginners slap bass song. I've seen "Classical Thump" mentioned in like 5 "What are some easy slap songs" posts. The only easy part of that song is the first like 8 measures. The rest of the song is Vic's Mind numbing Double Thumbing and tapping. P.S- if there was no question present in that then here it is. Why does everyone suggest "Classical Thump" to beginner slappist. I was told to listen to Red Hot chili Peppers and Doobie Brothers for easy slap lines, not Victor Wooten.

He wanted an IMPRESSIVE slap song. He never stated easy.
