Hi guys,

It's a great 16th note funk groove from Incognito's track 'talkin loud' from the 1994 album 'positivity'. On bass, one of the UK's heaviest groovers, randy hope taylor.

That guy has horrible meter. The 2nd part of the song is WAY slower than the beginning... then gets faster and faster until the music comes back in...
