Whoever has heard this song knows about the bass solo in the middle. I just want to know if he plays that with left hand slaps, and if so, where exactly does the left hand slap the fretboard? I've always kinda wondered that...

Im not sure but I think in that song he is dropped tuned to D. I believe he plays it at the twelth fret (d in this case). I could be wrong though. I havent listened to that album much less played that song in like at least a year. Ive also had someone tell me its not even bass at all (dj?), but I dont know about that.
