Index finger and spray paint = new technique

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello,
Warning, here is how to get a numb index finger. I decided to spray paint some items I have been making in my workshop for my grand daughters. I went through about 3 cans of spray paint. I woke up a few days later and my right index finger tip was numb from pressing the paint can nozzle. Yes indeedy my bass plucking finger tip was numb. 3 weeks later it is 90% healed but still the very tip is a little numb.

I had to use a pick or a new fingering technique with only my middle and ring finger. I guess a misplaced hammer hitting a finger could do the same thing!

This is why I bought one of those neat little handle w/trigger attachments that fits to spray cans. Makes life easier. I'll be using that to make my fretless 5's body silver soon.

Spray Paint Finger Numbness Solved (by a Harmonica Player!)

To BassBob185, et. al:

Please DON'T SHOOT ME (or Delete This Post!) I'm Only The Harmonica Player.

Regarding your posts about ’spray paint numbness’, I’m Ken Becker and I've just invented an evolutionary new CAN-GUN1 Spray Can Tool that TOTALLY eliminates the numb spray paint finger syndrome!!!

I’ve been told that our new CAN-GUN1 is: ‘The best thing since the aerosol can!” Take a quick peak at the blog page of my website here: http://www.cangun1.com/blog to see what all the excitement is about.

My new product, now avail. at or thru Ace Hardware (Ace Item # 1390657) nationwide (via their Ace Net system if they don't have it in stock for a sugg. retail price of $3.99 was designed and is Made In The USA from 80% recycled plastic and carries our exclusive Lifetime Warranty.

Due to the Double Leverage action and world's first FullGrip Trigger, CAN-GUN1 requires, and this is NOT a type, 1/128th (that's one, one hundred and twenty eighth! the amount of pressure per square inch compared to a standard spray can and up to 1/512th the amount pressure per square inch compared to either of Rust-Oleum's made in china, no warranty items, the 'premium' version of which, creatively named "Comfort Grip" costs 63% more that my new CAN-GUN1!

So, I invite you to experience:

Less Pressure & More Spraying Pleasure with CAN-GUN1.

Thanks for this space and I hope your finger(s) is feel well again!

SafeWorld Int’l., Inc.

CAN-GUN1 Spray Can Tool with World’s First FullGrip Trigger takes the ‘pain’ out of painting!” (and out of all aerosol can spraying… Guaranteed!)
