It's my boss's money, so what do I buy?

My employers, those happy-go-lucky, crazy-to-know lot that are the UK government, have decided that I need some personal development, and they're paying £100 (US$180) towards it.

The rules as to what this money can and can't be spent on are a bit complex and rather dull. Suffice to say that I can't use it to buy gear (which is a shame 'cause that could keep me in strings for a while) but I CAN spend it on instructional DVDs/CDs/Books etc. Top stuff.

So, what's good? What would you guys go for? I can't really think of any area that I especially want to focus on at this point so I'm interested to hear what you have found useful, easy-to-use, or simply eye-opening. So, over to you...

Oh, and ten bonus points to the first person who just posts: SlapIt!!!!!

Cheers
