Here's my latest style file, requested by quite a few people that tuned in to the previous ones. Paul Turner's funky bass playing on the Jamiroquai track "Starchild" from 2005's "Dynamite".

Paul didn't join the band until after Dynamite came out... Derrick McEntire played that track.

Stuart Zender is the best bass player Jamiroquai ever had (although I've liked the bass on all the albums so it's not a knock on the others)

Cheers for the info. Your bang on - Paul joined for the subsequent tour - just found out from somewhere else too. Hope this lesson still kind of counts... think of it as a 'how Paul Turner might play Derrick McEntire's bass line' style file!
