my left wrist hurts so bad! i've been playing for close to ten years. ive used a jazz bass for most of that time. i stopped really playing for about a year and a half then i just started up again. im using a p-bass now and i am struggling really hard to find a good strap height and position for my bass, but i just cant seem to find one. it hurts my wrist really bad when i try to hit an F sharp on the E string and simultaneously hit the octave on the D string. the same thing goes when i try to do the F. the lower notes are really difficult for me to reach without bending my wrist. ive adjusted height and angle but i just cant seem to find a good position. what should i do? i fear im causing some real damage here. |
