Looking for mp3s of drums, to jam with

Anyone know a good place to find lots of loops of drum beats, for jamming along with? thanks!

alstott, i recommend you get a drum machine. the boss dr 880 is what i have, fairly high end. but you can find simpler versions too. this way, you set the tempo and style and play whatever you want along with it. basskopf

The "these drums are loud" package doesn't sound too bad. I think they were blowing them out cheaply not too long ago. I managed to be handed a version of them. It helps if you can program them, but they have some decent loops as well.

Take a look at Ezdrummer by toontrack.

It sounds great and comes with loads of midi clips to mix, match and modify.

There are expansion packs out that include new kits in various styles but midi clips as well.

Doesn't use too much CPU to boot.

there's a load of free software drum machines out there, just do a search for "drum machine" here in the forum.
