metal/steel pics

does anyone have an opinion on these, i use one often and i dont seem to notice any significant change in sound compared to a regular plastic pic, thoughts?

Funny story
I was about 14 and i had one of those steel picks, it was cool and gave an interesting sound. Then my friend needed help hanging a sheet in front of a door, wouldn't you know it i put the pick between my teeth and while helping him and of course he bumps me and i swallow tha damn thing.

That little guy hurt like hell on it's way out and i felt every inch moved it's way through.

Needless to say i don't even touch picks now.

I find them cool to play an abg slightly louder, but that's it.
