set a metronome up at like 66 bpm... then subdivide that into 5... but play in four, so the click is playing every 5th eighth note.
my brain is kinda hurting from 20 minutes of that... really fun. feeling a 5/8 hemiola as the only time reference... probably not a realistic 'real world' situation, but really helps with subdivisions, and playing THROUGH poly rhythms.
