My Tendonitis tendinitis Cured!

Sign in to disble this ad
I see that there are LOTS of people suffering with this, so I figured that I better post this:

I am a professional Double Bassist and Electric Bassist. I had terrible tendinitis for years, and it got worse and worse. My wife's uncle found out about it and said he could cure it. I was pessimistic, but since my career was basically over anyway, due to the fact that the pain made playing impossible, I decided to let him fix the problem.

My wife is Chinese, as is her uncle, and he knew of this Chinese medicinal treatment that was created by the kung-fu guys to treat their pains.

He brought out this medicine - I don't know what it is called - I'm going to try to attach a picture so you can buy it from Chinatown if you need it. Anyway, he rubbed the medicine on the three places where I was experiencing the pain, and rubbed VERY HARD for about 10 minutes. It was VERY painful - which is necessary for the treatment to work. It felt as if he was breaking all the blood vessels, but I had nothing to fear - I figured that my career was basically over anyway, so go ahead and do it.

I didn't play the bass the next day, but when I started playing the day after, I found that I was 85% better, and in a short time it was cured completely! He said that it is rare that it only needs one treatment, usually 3 or 4, but in my case it was only one treatment.

Anyway, if you're experiencing tendinitis, I STRONGLY suggest you try this - and be sure to apply it WITH FORCE to the problem area.

I had the tendinitis for 7 years, and I have played pain free since the treatment - which has been about 20 years now.

Oh yeah - I almost forgot: My wife's uncle mentioned that when you go to buy the stuff, they will always try to sell you a different medicine that is supposedly better, but be sure to get the one pictured here - it is actually the best one. It has a picture of an old man on top.

(I hope that I've been able to attach the picture correctly - I'm still quite computer-challenged!)

All the best!

Dave

P.S. - Just to let you know, I don't work for the company that creates this product, nor do I own shares. I just thought I should 'share' this with anyone who is going through the same problem I was encountering.
By the way, this treatment also helped my drummer - he experienced a lot of pain when using the kick. Also helped a viola player friend of mine. He hadn't played for a year and a half because of the pain.

Cheers!

NEW INFO:
I am updating this info because of a change in the recipe of the formula.
I have since bought more of these bottles. It seems that the formula has now changed. I have heard that the most important ingredients in the bottle have become VERY expensive, so the company is now diluting the ingredients. The formula used to have a very dark brown color ("Colour" for my fellow Canadians) but now has more of a yellowish hue - watered down, darn. But, doing the treatment I described above for a few treatments will still cure the tendonitus, but it will likely require more treatments than the ONE single treatment I needed.

"Big Z in Miami" mentioned the deep tissue massage...
"That is exactly what they do, very hard painful localized pressure to break up crystalline structures (similar to scar tissue, but for tendons) that form which causes the pain in your tendons."
I certainly don't discount the very real possibility that the rubbing action when applying this medicine has a lot to do with the remedy.

All the best, and I hope that your tendonitis will be cured as mine was, fellow bassists!

I don't discount homopathic remedies....but have you gone for deep tissue massage prior to trying this approach?

That is exactly what they do, very hard painful localized pressure to break up crystalline structures (similar to scar tissue, but for tendons) that form which causes the pain in your tendons.

I had an elbow issue (like tennis elbow, which is probably the same thing that bassists get), and an hour of teeth gritting manipulation and it went away in two days, this after I spent five weeks of non-stop pain.

Use Tiger Balm regularly also, (also found in the Chinese medicine places. Like Ben-Gay but 10X better.

topical ointments don't do much MHO, the deep massage was what did the trick. Tendonitis is a short lived inflammatory reaction, tendonosis is a long term degenerative tendon condition. I would continue w/massage and then add some stretching and strengthening

Well, honestly, I can't argue with results. I'm still skeptical and unless a third party does a thorough scientific research about that substance and method, I ain't buying it.

That's fine - don't buy it. I'm certainly not selling the stuff and I don't make any money off it either. I just wanted to tell others about the relief I experienced. I had been experiencing the pain for 7 years, and it only got worse and worse until I could hardly play at all. It was an amazing relief when I finally got the treatment and I've never had the problem since.

Perhaps, as "Big Z in Miami" says, it may have been the 'deep tissue massage' when the ointment was applied that actually did the trick, but he also mentions Tiger Balm (and Ben Gay). I've never had to use anything since my treatment 20 years ago. That deep message and the ointment did the trick.

I just wanted to post this to help out anyone else who might be going through the same pain that I went through.

Cheeers!

Dave

Can you buy this stuff online anywhere? I've had tendinitis for years but I would be willing to try it. Why not?

What's amazing in my case is my 13 year old son and I started studying Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi and since we started I've suffered little to no pain from my tendinitis. Arm hasn't hurt and fingers don't cramp anymore
