| Yeah, I learned finger style first but then taught myself pick style. It doesn't really make a difference, if you want to play with a pick go at it. I recommend you try to become proficient in all playing techniques, that way you have many more options. I play pick style most of the time, but I'll also do finger style. Basically just practice your chops with a metranome and get those 8's down. |
