Note teaching programs

Has anyone ever used a program that teaches you note names over the fretboard? I think it would be useful to drill myself. Does anyone have links to good programs that I can use to learn? Do you find them useful?

It doesn't matter if they are free or not, but of course free is preferred.

2 I use regularly are:

- http://www.teoria.com/exercises/read.htm Flash based website. Lots of stuff here; I just linked to the clef reading one. Free.

- http://www.absolutefretboard.com/ Lots of exercises and practices on that, but I concentrate mainly on the "here's a note. where is it on the fretboard?" one. Not free. (Has a free trial though with limited functionality.)

There's also a thread on general music software: The Big Free Music Related Software Thread
