Octatonic (Dim/Aug) scale fingerings?

Anyone have any good fingering solutions for Half-Whole and Whole-Half scales (C-C#-D#-E#-F#-G#-A-Bb, etc)? I'm trying to minimize 1st finger to 1st finger shifts (which are easier) and 4th-4th shifts (which are not).
