Pick users, do you ever feel as if your pick in your hand is on the wrong side, you flip it over and it feels even more awkward before?

Is this just a sign telling me not to use a pick?

I use a 2.00 mm Acetal triangle pick. No matter how I hold it, it feels so good

Did you read the original post? He wasn't asking what you use.

OP, yes I have experienced that before. I thought maybe the picks were warping over time but when I laid them flat on a table they looked OK. Even new picks had the feeling sometimes. I just chalk it up to something like a phantom limb and never use a pick anyway.

No, it's a sign that more practice using a pick is needed.
