I'm a bit confused about your opinion about using fingers for metal, you're not against it, aren't you ? Or do you mean fingers + fretless for metal. And rather have a fretless with pick for metal if it has to be done with a fretless ?
When I play metal: I play with fingers on a fretted.
In my new fusion band: I play with pick on a fretless.
Strange isn't it ? | yeah dracula is a great song
and nah im not against it, since thats what i do (fretless + fingers + metal)
since im mr.poor and i can afford another bass (or picks for that matter :P ) i just have to use this! |

i'm talking about pantera, metallica and stuff like that | Yep, that's what I mean to, anyone who plays like that and using a fretless.
On a fretless I can't play that fast and precise, and have still an agressive tone.

If only I knew how to play it.
