Question Picking

Any advice for strumming ??? Cause I can pick, but I find it some what chalenging to play bass songs with strumming (IE. Down Down up down up) Style strumming Any advice for me ??? Pointers ??? Thanx in advance for tips...

the first major problem i ran into when i started with strummin was when i had to go from one string to an other, example from A-string to E-string, i just couldn't time it right, the best thing to do is play the riff slow until you figure out the best way to hop to another string, then turn up the speed.

And also when you strum, just try to keep to the tempo, and don't just go as fast as you can...
