Has anyone figured out his technique? When you listen to some of their songs it almost sounds like 2 basslines, one high and one low. I used to think he was looping one but it doesnt seem that way when I have watched them live. He gets an amazing tone which I have never come close to reproducing

I have wondered this too... Maybe it just comes as a result of being in the best damn band there is though...

Is it a possibility that the other line is a low guitar part?
I do know that he uses an Alembic bass if that helps!!!
